An Officer decoration in silver gilt, consisting of a nine point white enamel star with silver rays, with smooth rays and a blue enamel star in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features a female figure reaching towards a star in the sky, surrounded by a red enamel ring inscribed LIGHT IN DARKNESS, reverse medallion presents the cypher LR in gilt with the date 1920 below, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed THE LOVE OF
