2024 Chinon Domaine - Bernard Baudry Likör Vintage 2022 For the first100% Cabernet Franc 70% sandy plateaus over limestone, 30% gravel. Average 30 to 35 year old vines. Le Domaine is a wine with a structure of fine tannins. The limestone subsoil brings minerality and freshness, this cuve can 5 to 10 years old Manual harvesting. Two weeks of fermentation in cement barrels, then fifteen months of maturation in non lined cement or oak barrels. No filtration. Organic certified by FR BIO 01 Agriculture France.
